• Returns: You have 24 hours from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

• Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Research Publication Cancellation Policy

• Accepted Papers: If an Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid for an accepted paper and you decide to cancel, 50% of the APC will be refunded.

• Annual Subscriptions: For journal annual subscriptions, no refund is available once payment is made.
