Refund and Returns Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase from spjinternational.co or spjp.in. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you.
Returns: You have 24 hours from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method. The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Research Publication Cancellation Policy
Accepted Papers: If an Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid for an accepted paper and you decide to cancel, 50% of the APC will be refunded.
Annual Subscriptions: For journal annual subscriptions, no refund is available once payment is made.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they have a defect or error caused by us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
